Some past feats include: motorbiking around Taiwan, and did it once again later on with new companions: wife and a dog. Chen Hueiling 29
A mother of twins who loves all kinds of crazy ideas. Some interesting past feats worth mentioning include: wearing a graduation gown while hitchhiking around Taiwan, writing “One Piece” on the road trip map, accidentally running in to a graveyard and freaking out. During a new years fireworks show, it so happened that without previous planning, Ling was at the best possible location to watch the fireworks. Believing that the beauty of life lies within the unexpected, Ling began cycling around the island after she got married, and ever since has had a love for cycling. After giving birth to the twins, she begin to worry about the world and all it’s problems that we are passing down to the next generation. Studied digital media design, loves creating video content, and is currently a freelance designer.
A time span of 3 years, a total of 32,000 kilometers. We will be cycling 40-60 km per day. - The slower we go, the deeper the experience.
Our only means of accommodation: Warmshower, Couchsurfing, and old-fashioned camping. - we will be able to interact with locals while at the same time save money.
We will be Dumpster diving, in search of leftovers or even wild berries - to minimize the overall cost of the trip and to prevent wasting food
We will visit urban farms, ecological buildings, experimental schools - learn from their experiences in finding solutions that could benefit us in a changing future.
We will create videos under three main categories: “dreams,” “education,” and “environment” - and utilize social media to gather like-minded people to create the future that we all believe in.

Our Roadmap
Under the pressure of the status quo of the world, the citizens of Taiwan are facing several problems: young men and women are afraid to get married, afraid of having children, and even if they do have children, they are often unable to take care of them on a daily basis. The function of the “family” is disintegrating. And if you once had a dream, it would likely become the victim of having started a family. But is that really true? We, as many other families, are under constant financial pressure, but even though we aren’t exactly well-off, we’re not letting it become an obstacle when it comes to realizing our dream - to travel around the world. And as we began the effort, it also becomes a vehicle of how we want to educate our children. We want to prove to the world that you don’t necessarily have to choose when it comes to your family and your dreams.
As we cycle our way through this beautiful world, we will be able to collect ourselves. We will be recording our effort and positive vibe via video in hopes of changing the lives of many others. Freedom shouldn’t be confined by means of money or even by the obligations of having a family. If we are willing to, we should be able to venture out to see the world! After all, we are the children of an island of which the crave for adventure flows in our veins. And off we shall go, slow but steady, to seek the answers for this and future generations of Taiwanese.
